Amendment II -A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.
As a Constitutional Republican I feel that is not only vital to advocate for peoples right to vote -- I feel people also need to know exactly what they are voting for. I believe it is essential for United States Citizens to know their constitutional rights. So, I want to offer anyone in Missouri a free pocket constitution. Just message me your address and I will send you one ASAP.
What is your stance on the 2nd Amendment?
A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.
The Second Amendment (Amendment II) to the United States Constitution protects an individual right to keep and bear arms and the right to a well regulated militia. It was ratified on December 15, 1791 as part of the Bill of Rights.
I am a Constitutional Republican. I support our Constitution 100%. I am Pro Amendment II.
I live in a rural area and guns are both a means of protection and a tool. Guns allow us to put food on the table by hunting. Guns allow us to protect our homes and family from armed and unarmed criminals.
I recently applied to purchase a legal firearm. I was denied to my surprise. But, I knew it was a mistake. I went back and for with the FBI for 3 months fighting for my Constitutional right to bear Arms - to the extent of submitting my fingerprints to the FBI. After 3 months of jumping through all the hoops and the red-tape I did it - I am able and eligible to possess or receive a firearm. It was worth it. I also plan on getting my concealed carry permit.
"This is a corrected response to your inquiry concerning your eligibility to possess or receive a firearm. The FBI's Criminal Justice Information Service Division... have been able to determine you are eligible to possess or receive a firearm.' -FBI
