Mother accused of ID theft, drug storage

Rachel Elizabeth Fox, of the unit block of Davisville Road, is accused of using her former roommate's identity to rent out a storage locker in Hatfield where police say she stored two duffel bags containing 49.30 pounds of marijuana and $52,320 in cash.

During a preliminary hearing Monday morning, District Judge Kenneth Deatelhauser held over for county court all seven charges against her, including identity theft, possession of a controlled substance and possession with intent to distribute.
